A few more. The UPS 757 was just short of a lost cause. At ISO 400, the grain is just a little too much for my taste.

Shot a few pics out at John Wayne this afternoon on the way down to San Diego.

Unceremoniously booted from a parking lot by a rent-a-guard.    Apparently the Orange County Sheriff has outlawed shooting pics at John Wayne.  ::)

Would have been more believable if had simply told us it was private property and that we had to leave.

Where were you? I've never had a problem at John Wayne. I've gone to the end of the runway in the tree and had OCSD come by and say hi, just making sure we didn't have rocket launchers and went on his way, and you can park on Airport Loop Drive on public property and shoot to your heart's content.

One of the business park parking lots off of Main Street.   Shot from the same spot a year and a half ago with no problems.

I wouldn't worry about it. Unless they're persistent, I usually ignore the rent-a-cops.
