I wll re-post this.  Having issues with Earthlink and DSL Modem and wanted to see what others had and how much a month you pay to get a deal.   Josh gave me his info (Thanks Josh) and I think Robert did too but did not get a chance to read it before we go hacked.  Thanks again.

Thats pretty slow compared to cable. I get about 5,900kbps down and 500kbps up. those are download and upload speeds. kbps=kilobytes per seconds.

Well I am going to try and search now.  I am on dial up and its as slow as .... you know.  So close to 5000 and 500 are good for Cable and DSL.

Hacked WTF >:( Anyway

I am on Road Runner Cable, no problems. But $$$ about $45.00 per month. All my routers and hubs are linksys, no problems so far.

NikonGuy

I have a linksys router and I haven't had any problems with it for about 2 years.

Cool 8)

Well no need to change now.  Got a used modem from the in-laws that went wireless and I am up to speed again. <rocker>
