Sighted: DC-10 airtanker over Hemet

I'm being told by a confidential informant that the DC-10 just flew low over East Hemet. Anyone know if it's out flying today? I'm finding no major incidents being reported by either Cal Fire OR the Forest Service. Possible training flight I suppose...
